¡¡¡¡Where a trademark
registration certificate has been damaged or lost, the
applicant can file a request at the Chinese Trademark
Office for re-issuance of the certificate.
¡¡¡¡Upon approval, the Trademark Office will reissue a new
trademark registration certificate.
Requirements on Application for Re-issuance of Trademark
Registration Certificate
¡¡¡¡1) Copy of Trademark Registration Certification or
the damaged trademark registration certification, or
registration number and trademark if the aforementioned
is not available;
¡¡¡¡2) one Power of Attorney executed by the registrant
(company chop needed for Chinese entity applicant). |
