certification to the trademark registrant. Requirements
for Requesting Certification on Registration of Trademark
¡¡¡¡1) information of the registered trademark and a copy
of trademark registration certificate;
¡¡¡¡2) one power of attorney signed by the applicant (company
chop needed for Chinese entity). |
